This message is displayed when Ginger cannot connect to the correction servers and send your text for correction.
To solve this problem, ensure that your Internet connection is working.
If you are using a work computer or network, your system admin may have restricted your Internet access. Please consult with your IT and suggest excluding Ginger so it can connect to our servers.
Anti-virus, firewall, or VPN may also cause this and block Ginger. Please review your settings or temporarily deactivate them to see if it solves the issue.
