How you use Ginger in Outlook depends on which Outlook you have:
The Ginger add-in adds Ginger buttons when you write or reply to an email
- Write your email.
- Click Correct in the Ginger buttons in your Home ribbon.
- Review the corrections and apply them.
New Outlook
In the new Outlook, our desktop app recognises any text you highlight, and a Ginger floating icon appears. You can check your text by clicking the G icon or by using the Ginger keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+C+C).
Click Replace to put the corrected text back into your email.
Which Outlook do I have? If there's a New Outlook switch at the top right of the Outlook window, it shows whether you're using the new or the classic version.
