At Ginger Software, all our premium plans are recurring. This means they will automatically renew at the end of your subscription period (monthly, quarterly or yearly) unless you take action to cancel them.
To help you keep track of your subscription, we send email reminders seven days before the renewal date for all quarterly, yearly, and 2-year plans.
How to prevent automatic renewal:
- Cancel your subscription: You can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date through your account settings on our website.
- Contact our support team: If you have any trouble canceling your subscription, our support team is happy to assist you.
Refunds for renewed subscriptions:
If your subscription has already renewed, we generally do not offer refunds. This is because the renewal occurs automatically based on the terms you agreed to when you initially subscribed.
What happens after renewal?
Once your subscription renews, you'll continue to have full access to all the features of Ginger Premium for the new subscription period. You can continue using the software or assign your license to someone else if you prefer. We will, of course, ensure that no further charges occur after the current subscription period ends if you've requested cancellation.
