New Subscriptions
If you've recently purchased a new subscription, you have a 7-day window to request a full refund. After this 7-day period, we cannot provide full or partial refunds.
Active Subscriptions
For active subscriptions, you have the option to cancel at any time through your profile page. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the next renewal date, at which point it will be canceled and will not renew. We do not offer partial refunds for the remaining period of your subscription.
Transferring Your Subscription
If you wish for someone else to use your subscription, you can update the account details by contacting Ginger support. We're happy to assist you in transferring the subscription to another user.
