I need to change my password

You can change your password for security reasons or reset it if you forget it.

Reset your Password

If you know your current password, follow these steps to change it: 

1. Log in to your Ginger account here.
2. Click My Profile from the drop-down menu on the top right side of the header.
3. Click the Reset Password link on the profile page.
4. An email will be sent to your email address to reset your password.

Forgotten Password

If you forgot your password, you can reset your password from the login page here.
