How do I update my payment details?

All payment matters are handled by BlueSnap a global payments company.

In order to view and edit your billing information you will need to log into the shopper's control panel.
* Go to https://cp.bluesnap.com/jsp/account_login.jsp
* Enter your username: XXXXXXXXXXXX and password. (You should be able to see your username in your original invoice).
* Please use "forgot password" if needed.

 

You can use the link below to retrieve your receipt and obtain an official invoice:

Once inside the system:
* Click the blue hyperlink that says 'Change‘ under the ‘Payment Method’ tab. 
* Click ‘use a new card’ on the top right. Fill in your new credit card info and then click submit.
