If you don't cancel the auto-renewal by the time of your next renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew. Following any cancellation, you will continue to have access to Ginger through the end of your current billing period. There are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
You will receive an email from BlueSnap (sent to the email address we have on file) at least 7 days prior to your Renewal Date for the Yearly and 2-Year plans, reminding you of your right to cancel advising you of any changes to these terms.
