Subscription Auto-Renewal

Monthly Subscription:

If you have chosen to purchase the monthly subscription plan, your membership will automatically renew each month following your initial purchase ("Monthly Renewal Date") unless you notify us that you wish to cancel prior to your Monthly Renewal Date.

Yearly Subscription:

If you have chosen to purchase the Yearly subscription plan, your membership will automatically renew 12 months following your initial purchase ("Yearly Renewal Date") unless you notify us that you wish to cancel prior to your Yearly Renewal Date.

 Biennial Subscription:

If you have chosen to purchase the 2 Year subscription plan, your membership will automatically renew 24 months after the date of your initial purchase ("2-Year Renewal Date") unless you notify us that you wish to cancel prior to your 2-Year Renewal Date.

 

**IF YOU DON'T CANCEL THE AUTO RENEW BY THE TIME OF YOUR RENEWAL DATE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW. 

**THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED PERIODS. Following any cancellation, you will continue to have access to Ginger through the end of your current billing period

 

You will receive an email from BlueSnap (sent to the email address we have on file) at least 7 days prior to your Renewal Date for the Yearly and 2-Yearl plans, reminding you of your right to cancel and advising you of any changes to these terms. Your initial subscription date and renewal date are always available for viewing in your shopper control panel https://cp.bluesnap.com/jsp/account_login.jsp

*You should be able to see your username on your original invoice.
